I'm reaching out to you today because I’m part of the Community Outreach team at the Medical Malpractice Center. Medical malpractice is professional negligence by a healthcare provider in which the treatment provided falls below the standard of practice in the healthcare community. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), health care errors affect one out of every 10 patients worldwide and over 225,000 people die each year from medical negligence. Our goal is to help these individuals and family members by providing information on different types of medical malpractice, plus state-by-state malpractice laws and limitations in hopes of reducing these types of injuries.
