NO OUTSIDE BEVERAGES OF ANY KIND.  CONSUMPTION OF OUTSIDE BEVERAGES WILL MERIT THE AMERICAN LEGION TO REQUEST YOU VACATE THE PROPERTY AND RENTAL EVENT.

OVERLEA-PERRY HALL AMERICAN LEGION POST 130 HAS THE RIGHT TO VACATE A CONTRACT DUE TO ANY CONCERNS.  FINAL PAYMENT DUE 10 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.  REFUNDS AVAILABLE 14 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.

BEVERAGE PACKAGES

$2.00 per person includes Tea (lemon or unsweetened) or lemonade, water, coffee
$3.00 per person includes Soda (coca-cola products), Tea (lemon or unsweetened) or lemonade, water and coffee
$8.50 per person includes all of the above beverages
BEER:   An option of 2 half kegs of draft beer (special order kegs extra).

WINE:  Merlot, Moscato, Chardonnay, White Zinfandel

$15.50 per person includes Premium All Access Liquor Bar and All of the above beverages.  Specialty personalized drinks.  Discuss options with the rental agent.

BUFFET CATERING OPTIONS

$16.00 per person includes one entree, one side and 1 vegetable or salad
$21.00 per person includes 2 entrees, one side and 2 vegetables or salad.
$5.00 for each additional entree.

Extra  for any aditional changes to the offered options.

DELI TRAYS

$60.00 for a small tray
$80.00 for a large tray

Additional charge for variety of bread options depending on the order.

BULL ROAST PACKAGE INCLUDES

Hall Rental included in the per person price.
Set up and break down of tables and chairs per diagram.

One full sheet cake or desert of equal value.
PRIVATE RENTAL BAR WHICH INCLUDES BEER, WINE, SODA, WATER, COFFEE, TEA OR LEMONADE INCLUDED IN THE PER PERSON PRICE.
$50.00 each for bartenders based on a four hour event.
$50.00 for the server.
Additional per person price for liquor bar.
Tab or cash/credit bar can be included.
