RENTAL INFORMATION
4 hour rental includes:
- Set up and breakdown of tables and chairs
- White or black table linens
- 8 chairs per table
- Your choice of round or 8 foot rectangular tables. The set up is completed per client's diagram.
- Payment is due 20 days prior to rental date during finalization of contract.

MEMBERS OF OVERLEA-PERRY AMERICAN LEGION POST 130 RECEIVE 50% OFF HALL RENTALS
- $50.00 Per Bartender (100+ guests requires 2nd bartender for a total of $100.00). Increased hall rental times $10.00 each per hour extra for bartender.
- PROJECTOR $50.00 includes surround sound speaker system.
- SERVER $40.00 for 100+ guests or buffet service. Cost is $80.00 for 2 servers over 100+ guests. Seafood packages require additional service.
- Additional rental hours are available.
Outside catering and food from home requires a signature on the waiver for the release of responsibility and liability for outside food. This includes preparation, sternos, pans, serving utensils, condiments and clean up of food from tables to trash containers located in the post.
Decorations must not cause permanent damage to the legion property (inside or outside). They must be removed at the end of the rental.
No outside beverages of any kind are allowed. Consumption of outside beverages will cause the legion to request you (or your guest) to vacate our property and rental per our legion rules agreement.
OVERLEA-PERRY HALL AMERICAN LEGION POST 130 HAS THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE A CONTRACT DUE TO ANY CONCERNS. FINAL PAYMENT DUE 20 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.

One full sheet cake or desert of equal value.
PRIVATE RENTAL BAR WHICH INCLUDES BEER ( 2 half kegs), WINE (Moscato, Chardonnay, White Zinfandel, Merlot), SODA, WATER, COFFEE, TEA OR LEMONADE INCLUDED IN THE PER PERSON PRICE.
Additional cost per person for liquor bar
$50.00 each for bartenders based on a 4 hour hour event. Typically 2 bartenders are needed for 4 hours.
$40.00 for the server.
Tab or cash/credit bar for liquor can be included.
BUFFET INCLUDES:
1 Entree, 1 starch dish, 1 vegetable, 2 salads, macaroni and cheese, vegetable or cheese tray, soup depending on the package. You can trade soup option for additional side or tray options. Sausage, peppers and onions or meatballs with marinara sauce.
